Company Policy & Procedures
Thank you for considering us for your creative needs! We aim to make your experience seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Below are the important policies to ensure everything runs smoothly during your time with us.
How to Book Your Session:
Booking a session is easy! Simply visit the "Book Now" section on our website to submit your request. Afterward, our team will get in touch with you to confirm details and provide the next steps. Please note, while we don’t provide studio spaces for shoots, we’re happy to offer recommendations for available locations that would suit your needs.
Discounts for Students:
As a thank you for your hard work, we offer a 10% discount to all students. Just present a valid Student ID either before or on the day of your appointment to receive this special offer!
Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that life can get busy. If you’re running late, you have a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, additional time will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour to ensure the next client is not impacted.
Deposit to Secure Your Appointment:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total session fee is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on the day of the shoot. This will hold your date and time.
Client Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your session, we require at least 48 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but we can reschedule your session within 3 months with no additional fee.
Photographer Cancellations:
If the photographer is unable to attend a scheduled session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer a full refund or reschedule the session at no extra charge.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If weather conditions make outdoor shooting unsafe, we will reschedule the session at no extra charge.
